Yes! We use natural and raw ingredients in all of our products. All of our products are sulfate free, paraben free, cruelty free, silicone free, formaldehyde free, etc.
Absolutely! Because our products contain natural ingredients, they are safe for children. However, since we use natural nut butters and oils in our products, be sure to review our ingredients & perform a patch test to make sure your child doesn't have an allergy to any ingredients we use. Also, please be mindful that our shampoos and conditioners are not tear safe, so when using please make sure the product does not get in the eyes.
Yes, We use natural fragrance oils, essential oils, and some safe synthetic fragrances that are phthalate-free.
The majority of our products have a 12 month shelf life. All of our products are labeled to include the expiration date of your product. Once you begin using the product, we recommend finishing it within a 12 month period, however, keep in mind the expiration date is the most important to focus on!
If a package is returned to Naptural Queen Hair Care due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates). We will be happy to reship at your request once the reshipping cost has been paid. Naptural Queen Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. Our team is working hard to ensure that your products are made, packed and shipped with care. Because our products our handmade, this process takes a bit longer. Processing time - Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your order. (10 business days if ordered during a sale or promotion) Shipping time - Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Naptural Queen Hair Care DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. Naptural Queen Hair Care will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to customercare@napturalqueenhaircare.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Photos may be required for our records. Refunds are not permitted.
