What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship domestically and internationally via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. ​Please allow 4-8 days for processing. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped within 8-10 business days. ​Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number. Usually we ship with USPS which takes 3-5 business days in the US and 7-10 business days internationally. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you after it leaves our location. Please contact them and hold them responsible for any package delays.

​We ship Internationally via DHL Express. We are not responsible for your countries customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any. Due to the Customs handling processes, some customers may experience delayed deliveries. ​All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. These major holidays include:

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship Internationally via United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for your countries customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any. Due to the Customs handling processes, some customers may experience delayed deliveries.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds or returns.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase. If your items have not shipped they can be exchanged for an item of the same value within 48 hours of your purchase. Unfortunately, after that time has passed, your order is final. Once your item is shipped do not refuse. If an item is a refused we will charge a $15.00 or 40% restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus the cost of shipping We are not responsible for lost packages that have been refused. In the event that your package becomes damaged while on its way to you, we ask that upon receiving your order, you thoroughly check the delivered item(s). Should you receive an item that is damaged: please email customercare@napturalqueenhaircare.com within 2 business days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment. In the e-mail, please include a photo(s) and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible. Refunds are not permitted.

What hair types can use your products?

Our products can be used by all hair types -straight, curly, natural or relaxed!

Can I use the products on my child?

Absolutely! The ingredients in our products are kid-friendly. If you are concerned, please do a 24 hour skin test to ensure that your child is not allergic to any of the ingredients. Also, we DO NOT recommend using our Extra Strength Serum on babies younger than 12 months.

Do you use any harsh chemicals in your products?

Absolutely NOT! Please check our list of ingredients under the product tab of each product as well as a full list of ingredients on our 'Our Ingredients' page.
