We ship domestically via the United States Postal Service and UPS, and Internationally Via DHL Express.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping during sales and especially holiday sales may be delayed 7-10 business days.
Once your order ships you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number. Usually we ship with USPS which takes 3-5 business days in the US and 7-10 business days internationally via UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you after it leaves our location. Please contact them and hold them responsible for any package delays.
We ship Internationally via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for your countries customs handling or tax charges. They are completely separate and we cannot determine what those charges will be if any. Due to the Customs handling processes, some customers may experience delayed deliveries.
